These Terms of Use govern your use of RestTimer, an offline workout interval timer provided by DVOTION LTD.
By installing or using RestTimer, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App Purpose
RestTimer helps users run workout, rest, and interval timers. The app is provided for general fitness timing and productivity support only.
RestTimer is not medical, health, safety, or professional fitness advice. You are responsible for choosing exercise routines, rest periods, and training intensity that are appropriate for your condition and environment.
User Responsibility
You agree to use RestTimer safely and lawfully. You are responsible for:
- Monitoring your own physical condition while exercising.
- Stopping activity if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
- Seeking professional medical advice before beginning or changing an exercise program where appropriate.
- Ensuring notifications, sounds, vibration, and device settings are suitable for your surroundings.
Offline Operation and Local Data
RestTimer is designed to work offline. Timer settings and completed session history are stored locally on your device. You can clear session history from the app settings, and you can remove all local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from Android system settings.
Intellectual Property
RestTimer, including its name, design, code, text, and visual elements, is owned by DVOTION LTD or its licensors. You may use the app for personal use as permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law.
No Warranty
RestTimer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DVOTION LTD does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device, training scenario, or purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVOTION LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or inability to use RestTimer.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Changes to These Terms
DVOTION LTD may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated terms will apply from the effective date shown at the top of the page.
